These are not employee positions. You stay independent, run your own business, and choose the jobs that fit your schedule.

Who We Are Looking For

We want to hear from HVAC businesses that serve homeowners with heating and cooling needs, including:

• AC repair and emergency AC repair calls
• Furnace repair and heating system work
• AC and furnace installation and replacement
• General HVAC service and maintenance

Solo contractors and small companies are both welcome. Familiarity with local homes, from colonials and split-levels to older rowhouses and basement equipment setups, is a plus.

What We Expect

Homeowners reaching us are often first-timers. They are nervous and full of questions. We ask every provider in the network to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance required where they work
• Explain problems in plain words, without jargon or pressure
• Give written quotes before starting work
• Be honest about whether a repair or a replacement makes sense
• Answer homeowner calls in a polite and professional way
• Never claim to speak for Loadprocessing Heating & Air on pricing or insurance matters
