How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Loadprocessing Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Loadprocessing Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Loadprocessing Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@loadprocessing.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
